Prepare the necessary products and place them conveniently on your desktop. Sift the flour through a sieve. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Turn on the oven to 200 degrees.
Knead the dough. Mix flour with salt. Separately, combine water with lemon juice. Pour the resulting liquid into flour and salt in portions. Stirring constantly, knead the dough. Pour in olive oil and knead the dough again. Then wrap the resulting mass in film and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Bake the phyllo. Remove the dough and let it come to room temperature. Then divide it into several parts and stretch each part with your hands until the dough is as thick as a sheet of paper. Brush the first sheet of phyllo with butter and place it on a baking sheet. Then lay out the second and all remaining sheets. Place the phyllo in the oven for 10 minutes.
Cut the finished phyllo dough into pieces, pour honey and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
