Wash the mackerel, remove the entrails, rinse well, pat dry with a paper towel and cut into portions approximately 2 centimeters thick.
Salt and rub each piece of fish with herbs, set aside to brew and soak in the spices.
While the fish is soaking in the aroma of herbs, in a separate container, beat 2 eggs with salt with a fork and prepare a separate plate with flour.
In a preheated frying pan, fry each piece of fish on both sides. First you need to dip it in the egg, then in the flour. Fry the fish until golden brown.
Serve the mackerel while still hot with your favorite side dish on a flat white plate. Boiled potatoes or rice will go well with fried mackerel. Place pieces of vegetables around the perimeter of the plate: tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers. Sprinkle the side dish and fish with herbs. The dish will look festive and appetizing.
