Prepare all ingredients. Prepare cranberry-raspberry juice: store-bought or homemade.
Cut the tangerines into slices and remove the seeds. Insert a clove bud into each tangerine circle.
In a saucepan, heat the cranberry juice with added sugar, chopped tangerines and all the spices over low heat for 30 minutes.
Strain the fruit drink through a slotted spoon or strainer and add rum.
Serve the drink in thick-walled glass glasses. You can decorate each serving with a circle of tangerine.
