Prepare all food and utensils.
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and fry in a frying pan in vegetable oil.
Add chopped onions, stir and fry for a couple more minutes.
Finely chop the cabbage and add to the pan. Pour in a little water, salt and pepper to taste. Stir and simmer covered for 15 minutes.
Add tomato paste, stir and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Serve as a side dish or as a separate dish warm; you can garnish with finely chopped herbs and garlic.
