Prepare all food and utensils. Marinate the turkey meat in soy sauce ahead of time.
Fry the onions and carrots, add the zucchini and tomato.
Leave everything together with the meat to simmer for 20 minutes.
Add water and udon noodles and cook for 3 minutes.
Turn off the heat, sprinkle in the seasonings and let sit for another 5 minutes.
Serve hot. Garnish with parsley.
