Take the necessary products and place them in containers. Cut the carrots into small cubes, do the same with the potatoes. Cut the chicken breast into medium-sized cubes. Place the spices in a container, don’t forget the bay leaf. Also chop the greens and add olive oil to a separate container.
Pour olive oil into a frying pan and heat it, add the chicken breast and fry for 7 minutes.
Pour water into a saucepan and place on a gas stove, place carrots and potatoes in it and cook for 20 minutes, then add the fried breast. Cook for 10 minutes. Finally, add bay leaf, salt and pepper to taste.
When the soup is almost ready, place the processed cheese into the pan and stir very well so that there are no lumps. Once the dish is ready, let it sit for a while and cool.
