Chop the dill and parsley. Cut sheets of dough or pita bread into large triangles. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Mash the cheese until crumbly and combine with herbs. Grease the dough triangles with oil and spread the filling over the entire surface. Roll all the triangles into rolls, from the wide end to the narrow, and place everything tightly in a baking dish.
Make a fill. To do this, mix eggs, milk, sour cream, butter and add cheese and salt and pepper to taste. Fill the tubes and make another layer. Place in the oven for 30 minutes.
Before serving, cover with a wet towel to make the top of the straws a little softer. Cut into portions and serve with sour cream or vegetables.
