Finely chop the onion, carrots and cabbage. Cut the sausages into circles.
First, fry the sausages until golden brown, then add onions and carrots to them, fry them together.
Lastly, add the cabbage and add a little water. Simmer. When the cabbage changes color, after about 30 minutes, turn off the heat and let sit for about 20 minutes.
Serve the cabbage hot, with sour cream and spices.
