Cut a piece of butter and place it on a plate, add eggs and a bowl of red caviar. Pour the milk into a container and pour the flour into a bowl. Pour sugar into a container.
Pour milk into a deep bowl and beat in the eggs. Whisk the resulting mixture, add salt and a little sugar. Gradually add flour and mix thoroughly. From the resulting dough, fry pancakes. Place a teaspoon of red caviar into each pancake and wrap it in a corner.
Place pancakes on a plate and sprinkle with parsley.
