Place pasta in a bowl. Place the onion and garlic in one saucer. Peel the carrots and place them on a plate with the tomatoes and peppers, and add the chicken fillet and parsley. Place salt and pepper into saucers. Pour vegetable oil into a glass.
Cut the tomato into small pieces. Cut the peeled onion thinly into half rings. Grate the peeled carrots. Peel the sweet peppers and cut into thin strips. Peel the garlic and grate it. Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and cut it into pieces. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, add salt and add pasta. Cook until done and then drain.
While preparing the pasta, heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan. Place carrots, onions, peppers, garlic and chicken in the pan. Fry for 4 minutes. Then add the tomatoes, stir and simmer covered over low heat for 15 minutes. Chop the parsley. After a while, transfer the pasta to the pan, add salt and pepper to taste. Finely chop the parsley and add it to the pan. Mix everything and simmer for 3 minutes.
Serve the dish in a plate along with greens.
