In a bowl, mash the cottage cheese with a fork and add eggs, salt, sugar and vanilla to the cottage cheese, then mix well. Take 80 g of flour, add to the cottage cheese and mix, and leave 20 g for forming cheesecakes. The mass should be dense. On a work board, roll the mixture in 20 g of flour and form cheesecakes.
Pour vegetable oil into a heated frying pan. Then take the cheesecakes and place them in the pan. Fry the cheesecakes on each side over medium heat until golden brown.
Place the cheesecakes on a separate flat plate. Top with berries and pour some jam.
