Place the cookies in a separate plate. Place the egg yolks on a plate. Mix all dry ingredients.
Let the milk cook, but do not bring it to a boil. Beat the yolks a little, place them in a container with milk and mix with a whisk. Gradually add the dry mixture and bring the cream until thick.
Place the cookies in a large container, then cut the banana into it.
Pour the pudding into a container with cookies and bananas, then place more banana slices on top. Place the pudding in the refrigerator until completely set.
Cut the pudding into several pieces. Sprinkle sliced apples on top.
