Soak buckwheat and flax in water.
Rinse the buckwheat, drain the water and leave in a sieve for 7-10 hours for the buckwheat to germinate.
Make a vegetable pulp. To do this, you can use a juicer, or simply grate it with a grater.
Grind buckwheat sprouts and flax seeds, adding a little vegetable juice.
Combine the cake with crushed grains, add salt and spices.
Place the mixture on a silicone mat and use a knife to form loaves. Dry in the oven at 70-90 degrees, about 4 hours.
You can spread cream cheese on the bread. Serve with salad and hot dishes.
