About an hour in advance, remove the butter from the refrigerator. Prepare a pie pan by lining it with parchment paper. Measure out the remaining ingredients needed.
Separate the whites from the yolks. Take a bowl and cut the chocolate into small pieces, add starch, baking powder, cocoa and mix well. In another bowl, mash the butter and sugar, add the yolks, add a pinch of salt and mix.
Combine the contents of the first bowl with the second, mix thoroughly. Separately, beat the egg whites until they form a thick, stable foam, and slowly mix gently.
Grind the almonds in a blender, but not very finely, and add to the dough, mix gently again. Place the finished dough in the prepared pan, level it and place in an oven preheated to 170°C for 55-60 minutes.
