Wash and peel the potatoes. Prepare the meat as usual: defrost if necessary, wash and remove films.
Cut the meat into small pieces. Pour olive oil into a frying pan, add butter and heat them. Fry the meat in small portions and place it in a pan.
Cut the potatoes into small cubes and the cucumbers into strips and add them to the pan. Mix tomato sauce, tkemali, sour cream and a mixture of peppers, stir and pour this mixture over the meat and potatoes.
Pour in 1 cup of cold water and simmer for about 60 minutes, covered, over very low heat. Serve the basics hot on a nice shared platter or in portions.
