Chakhokhbili is the hallmark of Georgian national cuisine. It’s not for nothing that a poultry dish (originally pheasants) has gained popularity all over the world. Its aroma cannot be confused with any other - notes of adjika, hops-suneli, coriander, herbs, without which it will no longer be chakhokhbili, but just stewed chicken. And the meat in this bouquet is simply fragrant, not to mention its delicate texture after stewing. At the same time, preparing chakhokhbili is not difficult and does not take too long.
