Peel the onion and cut into small half rings. Boil water, put the tomatoes in it for 5 minutes, then remove and peel off the skins. Peel the beets and cut into thin strips. Heat a frying pan with oil and water. Cut the chicken fillet into large cubes.
Place chopped onion in a heated frying pan and fry until golden. Add meat and beets to the fried onions, add more water, salt and pepper. Stir and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Cut the scalded tomato into small cubes and add to the mixture. Stir.
Add soy sauce to the resulting mixture, then add salt, pepper and stir again, then simmer for about 10 minutes over medium heat.
Garnish the resulting dish with sesame seeds.
