Fry the pancakes separately. Peel and finely chop the onion. Chop the liver. Boil the eggs and peel them. Grate the eggs on a fine grater.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion. Then add the liver and cook with the onions for 8 minutes. Grind the liver and onions in a blender.
Add eggs, salt and pepper to liver. Mix everything thoroughly. Place some filling on the pancake and roll it up. Fry the pancake in a frying pan with oil.
Serve the pancakes hot with a fresh vegetable salad.
