  3. In a separate bowl, mix starch and remaining milk. Pour into the dough, mix. Add vegetable oil, stir, leave for 15 minutes.

  4. Grease a heated plate with oil, pour in 2 tbsp. dough, put it in the microwave. Set the timer for 1 minute at maximum power. Repeat the same with the rest of the dough.

  5. Serve pancakes with condensed milk, jam, sour cream or honey.
