Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Rinse vegetables and lettuce leaves thoroughly and dry. Crush the garlic using a press.
Cut or tear the lettuce leaves. Cut the tomato and pepper into cubes. Finely chop the onion. Cut the avocado into slices. Mash the tuna with a fork.
Take a transparent bowl and lay out the salad in layers. The first layer is lettuce, then corn, the next layer is pepper. Mix tuna with onion and place on top. Place the avocado on the fish in any shape.
Make a gas station. Mix olive oil, sugar, salt, pepper, lemon juice, garlic, mix thoroughly and pour over the salad.
To serve the salad, use transparent dishes, these can be glasses or salad bowls. Garnish with dill and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
