Wash the meat and herbs and dry with paper towels. Open a jar of gherkins. Peel the white onion and garlic. Prepare a baking sheet.
Marinate the beef. Cut the meat into portions and beat it a little. Rub with mustard, salt and pepper and leave for at least 1 hour.
While the meat is marinating, prepare the remaining ingredients. Cut the white onion into thin rings. For the gherkin sauce, finely chop the cucumbers, garlic, parsley and dill. Place the chopped products in a bowl, add sour cream and mix well.
Prepare chops with gherkins. Place the marinated chops on a baking sheet, pour in a little hot water, place onion rings on top and place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes. After the specified time has passed, spread the cucumber sauce over the chops, sprinkle with cheese and bake for 10 minutes.
Serve the chop with gherkins with your favorite sauce.
