Meat chop is a source of iron and vitamin B12, and if you add pomegranate to it, this effect will be even stronger and, in addition, the dish will acquire a refined taste. The word “pomegranate” means “grainy” in Latin, and this fruit itself was known in ancient Egypt. In Azerbaijan, pomegranate is the national fruit - all its varieties grow here and there is even Pomegranate Day, which is celebrated on October 26. On this day, a tasting of freshly harvested pomegranate juice is carried out.
