Measure out all ingredients. Cottage cheese is suitable for any fat content. If you don't have cane sugar, use regular sugar. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Place cottage cheese in a deep bowl. Add cane sugar and one chicken egg. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth. Additionally, beat the curd mass with an immersion blender. This will make it more uniform and tender.
Add sifted flour, salt and baking powder to the curd mass. Mix everything thoroughly.
Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic. Form it into a ball. Cover the dough with a clean towel or cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow all ingredients to combine.
Prepare the filling. To do this, mix cane sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
Sprinkle the table with flour and place the finished dough on it. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3-5 mm.
Melt the butter and brush the dough with it. Spread the sugar and cinnamon filling in an even layer on top.
Wrap the filled dough into a roll and cut into 4 or more pieces.
Grease a baking dish with vegetable or butter and place the cinnabons in it. It is necessary to leave a distance between the products, as they will increase in volume during the baking process.
Place the cinnabons in the oven for 40-50 minutes at 180°C. Ready.
Serve the cinnabons garnished with powdered sugar and fresh mint. Bon appetit!
Drizzle creamy vanilla frosting over the Cinnabons. This will make them even tastier!
