  1. Rinse the mushrooms, pour boiling water over them, leave for 30-40 minutes, then rinse again. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into any shape you like.

  2. Heat a frying pan, add half the vegetable oil. Fry the onion until translucent, then add the swollen mushrooms. Cook for 10-15 minutes. Salt and pepper. Transfer to a separate container.

  3. Add the remaining vegetable oil to the frying pan, add the potatoes, fry over low heat until tender, add salt. Add mushrooms and onions, cook for another 5-7 minutes.

  4. Serve the dish hot on individual plates with fresh vegetable salad, kefir, or add pre-cooked meat.
