Mix semolina with kefir and leave for 30 minutes. Peel the tangerine. Pour boiling water over raisins for 10-15 minutes, drain. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Add sugar to the mixture of semolina and kefir. Break eggs into them, add vanillin, baking powder, mix everything. Add raisins, tangerine slices, stir.
Grease a baking dish with butter. Lay out and smooth the resulting dough, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Place in preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes.
Serve manna slightly cooled with tea or coffee.
