Rinse the rice well several times.
Place the washed rice in a saucepan, add water, salt, sugar and cook the rice over low heat until the water evaporates.
Boil the milk in advance and pour it into the rice after the water in the pan has evaporated. Cook for another 15-20 minutes, then add butter, cover with a lid and turn off the stove and leave the porridge to brew for another 15-20 minutes.
Before serving, add another piece of butter to the porridge. It goes well with dried fruits, fruits, chocolate and honey.
