Remove eggs and butter from the refrigerator in advance. You can also remove the cottage cheese from the refrigerator a couple of hours before the start of the process.
In the first container, grind the cottage cheese with melted butter, and in another container, beat the eggs with sugar.
Add the egg mixture to the cottage cheese and beat with a whisk or mixer. Stirring constantly, add semolina first, and then sour cream.
Grease the mold with a small piece of butter and place the resulting mixture into it. Bake the casserole in a preheated oven for 50-60 minutes.
You can serve this light cottage cheese casserole with sour cream or any fresh fruit. If you don’t have fresh ones, you can use either frozen ones or use equally healthy additives: jam or honey.
