Rinse the meat and cut into small pieces. Peel the onions and carrots, rinse. Cut the onion into cubes, carrots into strips. Peel the sweet pepper from tails and seeds, cut into strips. Wash the Chinese cabbage, dry and chop.
Fry the meat with vegetable oil in a preheated frying pan for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Then add onions, peppers, carrots to the meat, fry, stirring, for another 10 minutes. Then pour soy sauce into the frying pan with the meat and vegetables and add spices. Stir.
Add shredded Chinese cabbage along with tomato paste to the meat and vegetables. Pour in a little water and simmer until done.
Serve the dish by placing a side dish of spaghetti and pork with vegetables on a plate. Garnish with fresh dill or parsley. Complete your meal with a fresh vegetable salad or creamy sauce.
