Melt the butter or wait for it to soften in a warm place. Rinse the raisins under running water.
Take a container, mash the cottage cheese well in it, adding eggs, sour cream, melted butter, sugar and a pinch of salt so that there are no lumps left. Add raisins to the resulting mass and stir.
Take a baking dish and grease it with butter. Place the curd mixture into the mold.
Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the dessert for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
Divide the finished dessert into portions. The casserole can be decorated with powdered sugar or any topping - berry, fruit or chocolate.
